At Applegarth Academy, we believe in giving our students as many opportunities as possible to explore learning outside of the classroom. These can be done through a range of experiences both in school and out of school.
These range from visiting London to identify human and physical features in geography, local nature walks to spark curiosity within science and workshops around subjects including history and e-safety. We work alongside an engaging dome virtual experience which provides exciting interactive displays that help to bring their science learning to life through visuals and experiments.
All trips and experiences will be shared via parent mail accounts; so please keep an eye on your parentmail account as you’ll continue to receive information about each experience your child will be a part of this year!
